All subscribers to UTV monthly plans will enjoy a lifetime warranty on their UTV Receiver as long as they remain active subscribers to UTV.
2. If my UTV Receiver is broken or defective, how do I get a replacement unit?
First, call our Customer Service Center at 1-415-3338888 to see if we can help you to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. If not, you can return the defective UTV Receiver to us for repair or replacement. We recommend you use UPS or FedEx ground delivery services. We also recommend that you request a tracking number when you ship the UTV Receiver. This will enable you to verify that we have received it. Please note: UTV is not responsible for any returned UTV Receiver lost or damaged in transit. Ship to: UTV, Returns Department, 1050 SHELL Blvd, #8083.Foster City, CA 94404. Upon receipt of your defective UTV Receiver, we will either repair or replace it with another UTV Receiver.
3. How long will it take to repair the UTV Receiver unit?
Once we receive it, it will take approximately 7 business / working days to either repair or replace the UTV Receiver unit.
